These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of secondarrowarchery.com and services provided by Second Arrow Archery ("Second Arrow," "we," "us," or "our").

By using the site or submitting information to Second Arrow, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Second Arrow Is

Second Arrow is an informational directory and community resource for traditional archery.

The site may provide information about:

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Second Arrow does not own, operate, supervise, or control the organizations, ranges, events, vendors, or other third parties listed in the directory.

We work to keep directory information useful and accurate, but listings may be incomplete, outdated, incorrect, changed, or canceled without notice.

Before traveling, registering, purchasing anything, or making other decisions based on a Second Arrow listing, you should confirm important information directly with the relevant organizer, club, range, business, or other responsible party.

This includes information such as:

• Registration requirements
• Prices and fees
• Range rules
• Equipment requirements
• Event eligibility
• Contact information
• Product availability

Second Arrow does not guarantee that any listing is complete, current, or error-free.

3. Archery and Event Safety

Archery and related outdoor activities involve inherent risks.

Second Arrow does not supervise events, ranges, instruction, competitions, hunting activities, or other activities appearing on the site.

You are responsible for evaluating conditions, following applicable laws and safety rules, using appropriate equipment, and determining whether an activity is appropriate for you.

Participation in any third-party activity listed through Second Arrow is at your own risk.

4. Listings, Claims, and Corrections

Organizations and individuals may request that Second Arrow add, review, correct, or update directory listings.

Submitting a listing claim or correction request does not automatically establish ownership, authorization, affiliation, or legal rights concerning an organization.

Second Arrow may request supporting information before making a change.

We may:

• Verify information using independent sources
• Edit submissions for formatting, clarity, accuracy, or consistency
• Combine duplicate records
• Decline a submission
• Remove or archive a listing
• Correct information
• Request additional verification

We retain editorial control over the Second Arrow directory.

5. User Submissions

You may provide information, text, links, photos, flyers, screenshots, corrections, or other materials to Second Arrow.

You are responsible for the information you knowingly provide and should not submit confidential, unlawfully obtained, defamatory, malicious, or illegal content.

If you submit content that you own or are authorized to provide for public display, you grant Second Arrow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, format, display, distribute, and publish that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and improve Second Arrow.

This license does not transfer ownership of your content to Second Arrow.

Materials sent solely as tips or verification evidence, including screenshots or flyers submitted through the Tip feature, may be used internally to investigate and verify directory information and are not automatically licensed for public republication.

6. Intellectual Property

The Second Arrow name, branding, site design, original text, database organization, software, and other original Second Arrow materials are owned by Second Arrow or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party names, trademarks, logos, photographs, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

A listing on Second Arrow does not imply that a listed business or organization sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with Second Arrow.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use Second Arrow to:

• Break applicable law
• Submit fraudulent or knowingly false information
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Attempt unauthorized access to administrative systems, accounts, or data
• Introduce malware or malicious code
• Circumvent security or rate limits
• Interfere with site operation
• Use automated systems in a manner that creates an unreasonable burden on the service
• Copy substantial portions of the directory for unauthorized commercial republication

Ordinary search-engine indexing and reasonable linking to publicly available Second Arrow pages are permitted.

8. Third-Party Websites and Services

Second Arrow links to third-party websites and services for convenience.

We do not control and are not responsible for those websites, including their:

• Content
• Availability
• Accuracy
• Products
• Services
• Prices
• Safety practices
• Privacy practices
• Transactions

Your dealings with third parties are between you and that third party.

9. No Endorsement

The inclusion, ranking, description, or display of a club, event, range, vendor, product, organization, or other resource does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation unless Second Arrow expressly states otherwise.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Second Arrow and the site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, current, complete, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Second Arrow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on information contained in the directory.

Second Arrow is not responsible for injuries, losses, cancellations, purchases, disputes, travel expenses, property damage, or other consequences arising from participation in third-party events or dealings with third parties listed on the site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes or Removal of the Service

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, restrict, correct, or remove portions of the site or directory at any time.

We are not obligated to maintain any particular listing indefinitely.

Your use of Second Arrow is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
